North Star Nursery Donates $500 from ‘Dogs for Dogs’
North Star Nursery’s 1st anniversary party was yesterday. As part of the celebration, Sheelah Meyer, North Star’s owner, offered DOGS for DOGS, a $5 hotdog / chip / beverage lunch - and she donated all proceeds (plus some personal contribution) to MCDOG to help build the dog park. Her $500 donation will be a big help as we raise funds to build the dog park! Thank you Sheelah! And was lovely seeing all the dogs and people at her event. Please support this local dog-loving business next time you need plants or gardening supplies.
